Sales & Customer Representative – Career Positions
If you are looking for a professional career opportunity in sales, The Catholic Cemeteries Association (CCA) is seeking qualified women and men who can fill the role of a Pre-Need or Family Service Counselor in one of our cemetery offices.

As a CCA counselor, you will be assisting local Catholic families in pre-planning for their final arrangements to avoid the need for stressful decisions at the time of death.  As a part of this special ministry, you will attend a formal, professional training program that will provide you with the knowledge and insight on all of the products and services that CCA offers.

After completing the interview process and classroom training, qualified candidates are assigned to a specific cemetery office where the majority of their activity will occur.  The Sales Manager at that location will become your mentor, and provide you with the essential field training techniques that you will need to become successful.

As a CCA counselor you will earn a performance-based compensation including bonuses and an attractive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 403b pension plan.
